Shipping & Return/Exchange Policy

Phoenix Performance Products will make every attempt to process orders the same day they are received. Orders for in-stock merchandise received during the weekend will be entered on the following Monday. Orders may be delayed if we experience any issues processing your credit card information. Please make certain that you provide your correct Account Name, Billing Address, Card Type, Account Number, and Security Code.

All helmet orders will ship within 2 days from date of purchase.

Please allow 4 weeks for the delivery of all Stock rodeo vests from date of purchase.
Please allow 6-8 weeks for the delivery of all Custom vests from the date of purchase.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase within 10 days, please contact Phoenix Performance Products at 1-888-313-8842.

Any product being returned to Phoenix Performance Products must have a Return Authorization number (R/A#). Simply return the item in its original condition, including all intact tags, packaging and accessories and you will receive a prompt exchange or refund, excluding shipping charges. Phoenix will NOT accept any product without an R/A#. This policy will be strictly followed and any products returned to Phoenix without an R/A# will be refused. All products being returned from our US customers must be returned to our US location. We will not accept any product from the US that has been sent directly to Canada.

Merchandise purchased with a credit card will be credited to the card used for that transaction. We'll refund shipping charges on incorrectly shipped or defective merchandise. Please insure any returned merchandise, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
